THREE men threatened bakery staff before tying them up and stealing a motorbike and a work van.
Police were sent to Dawson's bakery on Shuttle Street in Tyldesley at around 10.50pm on Thursday after reports that a trio of men burst into the shop with one of them carrying a knife.
After two workers were tied up, the culprits made off with a green and black Kawasaki Ninja motorbike, and a red Ford Transit van with "Dawson's Bakery" written on it.
A Greater Manchester Police (GMP) spokesman said: "Enquiries are ongoing, including the examination of CCTV."
No descriptions of the robbers have been released.
