POLICE have seized a car on St Helens Road today (Tuesday) which was being driven without insurance.
Officers stopped the vehicle on St Helens Road, Leigh.
They said a check of vehicle documents revealed that there had been no insurance since last December
The car was seized and officers say a Traffic Offence Report was issued to the driver.
