PLANS have been submitted to turn a car showroom into an estate agents.
A change-of-use application has been received by Wigan Council to convert Stephen James Cars of Distinction on Newton Road in Lowton into a estate agency office with a decision expected to be made on July 11.
A neighbourhood consultation is currently in place until July 1.
