THREE drink drivers had their licences taken off them at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court yesterday, Wednesday.

Lukasz Zglobicki, of Maple Crescent, Leigh, was more than three times over the limit when he was stopped on Victoria Street on June 15.

A breathalyser found that the 32-year-old had 128 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.

He has been banned from driving from six months, ordered to complete 60 hours of unpaid work, pay a victim services fee of £85 and court cost of £85.

Shaun Randall, of Chaucer Grove, Atherton, was also more than two times over the limit when police pulled him over on Railway Street on June 12.

The 25-year-old registered a breath test of 96 and pay a victim services fee of £85.

He has been given a driving ban of two years which could be reduced by 24 weeks if he completes a course.

Michael Wintle, of Water Street, Atherton, scored a reading of 54 when he was tested on Flapper Fold Lane on June 16.

The 28-year-old has been banned for 12 months which could be reduced by 13 weeks if he completes a course.

He has also been fined £180, ordered to pay a victim services fee of £30 and pay court costs of £85.
