Heavy traffic
CARS are queueing in Leigh this morning, Wednesday, after a traffic light failure.
The lights at the junction of the East Lancashire Road and Atherleigh Way have stopped working.
A Greater Manchester Police spokesman said: "Drivers coming from Atherleigh Way are unable to turn right on the East Lancashire Road, which heads towards Liverpool."
