A WOMAN who has battled anxiety and stress has turned her life around and featured in a best-selling book which charts her journey.

Sarah Hardie, from Leigh, moved to Australia four years ago after becoming unhappy with how her personal and work life was going.

The 28-year-old, who suffered with a lack of self-belief and body confidence, set up her own fitness business in 2015, which is now called The Sculpted Method.

Her success story has appeared in a book with help provided by the Female Success Network, titled She Who Dares, along with 23 other businesswomen’s.

It has gone to number one in the Amazon best seller charts in four categories.

Sarah said: “I created my business because I had a vision that I wanted to get out to the world.

“I had always believed I would own my own business one day, I just didn’t know it was going to be in the fitness industry.

“Being included in this book is a celebration for me of how far I have come, and a recognition of what can be achieved when women in business come together.

“I am so excited to share my story alongside these other amazing women from.”

Sarah aims to empower women and to teach them that fitness and healthy eating is fun and does not have to be a chore.

Along with all the women featuring in the book, she has worked with mentors from Female Success Network in the last year to celebrate her work.

Sarah added: “I could not have achieved what I have this year without the Female Success Network.

“I hope we can inspire other women, who dream of running their own business, but who perhaps haven’t taken that step yet, or those who are in the early stages and are feeling a little lost.
