Ambulance services were called to the scene today, Monday
A CAR ended up on its side after a crash with a van this afternoon, Monday.
A silver Nissan Note collided with a van on the Atherleigh Way at around 3.45pm.
The driver of the Nissan, who was trapped in the car, was rescued by firefighters.
Both drivers did not suffer serious injuries and were not taken to hospital
An ambulance, rapid response unit and a Hazardous Area Response Team (HART) team were sent to the scene.
Heavy traffic built up after the incident.
