PLANS have been submitted to turn the old Waterfields store in Leigh town centre into a bakery with a cafe and a drinks licence.
A decision on the proposals for the 150 square meter property at Bradshawgate is expected to be made on Tuesday, October 9.
The applicant listed on the change-of-use planning application which has been sent to Wigan Council is Andrew Twentyman.
