A LEIGH man accused of murdering a neighbour denied the allegation when he appeared this week at Liverpool Crown Court via video link from Forest Bank prison.
John Foster, aged 30, of Richmond Drive, Higher Folds, pleaded not guilty to the murder of Kieran Dale Large and he also denied a lesser alternative charge of unlawfully killing him on September 19 last year.
Mr Large, 25, a former Hitchen Foods worker, was found dead from internal injuries at his home in Richmond Drive.
Foster was further remanded in custody to await his trial, expected to last between one to two weeks, beginning on March 12.
