SCOUSERS are renowned for their sense of humour.
I don’t know whether city company John Comaish Advertising Ltd is displaying just that on its vans, but I noticed that a billboard poster working on Leigh by-pass on Wednesday was driving one bearing a sign written testament - in Latin.
