The case of the vanishing pylon

LOWTON reader Harb Jagait has set a poser.
When he moved to Kenilworth Road over 13 years ago he says there was a pylon in a garden on the bend where Wensley Road meets Craven Avenue.
Years ago it vanished within a day and he would like to know when that was and what happened to the power lines. Over to you.
