AS the triumphant Team GB returned home from the great haul of China, the paralympic team flew out to start preparations for their competition - with a Leigh super swimmer in the squad.

World record holding 100m back stroker Heather Frederiksen will go for gold in five events when the games begin next week. The former able-bodied international stands a great chance of bringing home more glory.
