My family and I are desperately looking for Mark Tootell, aged 51, believed to be living in the Blackburn area.
This man is my second cousin and recently his father (my Great Uncle Wilfred) passed away.
Nobody is sure how to contact Mark and as he didn't make contact or turn up to the funeral in Blackpool, we assume he does not know.
There has been some tension surrounding Mark and the family in the past, so we understand his possible desire to stay away, but we really need to speak to him.
My maternal Grandfather (Bernard Tootell) was Wilf's brother, and it is my mother, Mrs Joan Sewart (nee Tootell) who has initiated the search for her cousin Mark.
