ASTLEY and Tyldesley Cycle Speedway Club will begin their official pre-season training sessions this Sunday.
First up at 2pm will be the under 13s juniors, followed by the over 13s and seniors at 3pm.
The sessions will be held on the track at the Astley & Tyldesley Miners' Welfare Club, Meanley Road, Gin Pit, Tyldesley, M29 7DW and are open to all existing A&T club members and prospective new ones.
The A&T club will also begin their weekly floodlit midweek sessions.
The popular junior nights will resume on Tuesday, February 4, at 7pm, with the senior nights starting on Thursday, February 6, at 7.30pm.
A&T members were busy laying 10 tons of shale to the track in November, so the riders can now focus their efforts on training in readiness for the opening Northern League fixture on Sunday, March 9.
