Transformers primed for cup final
LEIGH Genesis under 15s Transformers moved into the final of the Wigan and District Youth Football League Cup with victory over Horwich St Marys Pirates.
Genesis took the lead through Luke Davies in the first half and, with the wind in their favour, got to grips with the visitors and scored a second from Zak Ahmed.
A break down the right delivered a peach of a cross for Luke Davies to divert into the net to complete the scoring.
