Safe passage for Pennington
PENNINGTON FC got through to the next round of the Lancashire Cup with a 3-2 win at Daten, with Rowlands, Giles and Warburton finding the net.
Two goals by Nicky Errington earned Pennington Ladies a 2-2 draw at home to Penwortham Ladies.
A fine display by Pennington Predators under 15s saw them draw 3-3 away to Westhoughton Rangers.
Danny Madrick converted a penalty, with Alex Whittaker and Jack Peet also bagging.
