REECE Pollitt recorded a 16-points maximum to take Astley and Tyldesley's annual club individual championship title for the third successive year on Saturday.
Max Evans took overall runner-up slot, with first year rider Gareth Paine taking third place.
Emily Burgess won the under 10s event, scoring a 20-points maximum, with Ben Dickinson taking runners-up slot on 19 points.
Seven-year-old John White lost only to these two, as he finished with 18 points, the highest under eights scoring rider.
Joe Quarmby was next up with 17 points, while the second highest scoring under eights rider was Charlie Burgess on 15 points, with Luke Hill and Ryan Fallon tying for third place on 14.
Saturday, October 11, sees the third ride of the new A&T Ladies’ Cycling Club, led by Denise Bailey.
The ride sets off from the Bull's Head car park, 504 Manchester Road at 9.30am.
A 27-mile ride to Lymm and back is planned, approximately two-and-a-half hours, with a coffee stop.
