SCHOOL teachers are taking on past and present soap stars in a charity football match.
The clash between primary school teachers from the Atherton and Tyldesley Sports Association (ATSA) and Coronation Street, Emmerdale and Hollyoaks actors is a fundraiser for Cash for Kids.
Radio station Key 103's official charity aids children and young people in Greater Manchester who have a range of physical or mental disabilities or disorders, live in poverty or situations of deprivation or suffer through distress, abuse or neglect.
The ATSA verses All Stars charity match will be held at Atherton Collieries Football Club on Alder Street from 2pm on Saturday, May 6.
On the gate entry is £3 for adults and £1 for children.
