LEIGH Genesis under 15s enjoyed an emphatic away win in the opening round of the Chairmans Cup.

Leigh dominated from the opening minutes and the goals soon began to flow, with two in the opening 10 minutes from Conway and Ryan.

Further goals followed from Parkinson, two, Clarke, two, Burton and Morris to give the away side a 5 -0 half time lead.

On the hour mark Clarke and Parkinson showed the dominance of Leigh’s midfield before Parkinson got his second and Leigh’s eighth to wrap up the win.
