LEIGH East hooker Nicky Radcliffe scored the decisive try as Lancashire under 19s completed a hat-trick of championship titles with victory over Cumbria at Leigh Miners on Sunday.
Ratcliffe finished off a fine handling move by driving over from close range to wrap up the scoring at 20-12.
