Open meeting to discuss future of Leigh Genesis

LEIGH Genesis directors will be available to answer questions when an open meeting to discuss the club's future takes place on Thursday.

The meeting, arranged following the withdrawal of the club's main backer, will take place at Leigh East Amateur Rugby League Club on Ledgard Avenue at 7.30pm.

All interested parties, including past, present or potential fans of the club, are invited to attend to share ideas and discuss ways to ensure the survival of the town's senior football club.

To reach the Leigh East clubhouse, take your first left when entering the Leigh Sports Village from Atherleigh Way.

There is a small amount of parking available adjacent to the clubhouse, with further spaces available on the overflow car park if you take your second left when first entering the development.
