Leigh Centurions 34 Doncaster 14
LEIGH Centurions made it three wins from four in the Kingstone Press Championship with a second-half thumping of Doncaster on Sunday.
Paul Rowley’s men crashed over for 20 unanswered points after turning round 14-8 in front.
One of the season’s new signings, Simon Finnigan, made his mark with a hat-trick of tries completed with the first score of the second half.
Ryan Brierley, Jonny Pownall and Sean Penkywicz also touched down in Sunday’s success at Leigh Sports Village.
Doncaster, who had only lost once previously, kept in touch during the first half with tries from winger Stewart Sanderson and and centre Dan Cowling.
