THE Centurions made it six wins from six in their final Northern Rail Cup group qualifying game but it was far from a perfect finish.
It took more than an hour for the Centurions to put any daylight between themselves and a team that's now lost 43 games on the bounce.

Little wonder that team boss Darren Shaw was bitterly disappointed.
"We were poor today and I'm not going to disguise the fact," he said.
Shaw chose to rest Ian Watson, Mike Wainwright and Lee Doran with the National League One campaign kicking off on Thursday and Leigh's performance underlined just how much their missed the trio.
In the end Leigh were grateful for some class finishing from centre Toa Kohe-Love and another busy and productive effort from loose-forward Aaron Smith.
