ASTLEY and Tyldesley Cycle Speedway Club suffered a 126-150 whitewash defeat at the hands of Hull in their Northern League match at Gin Pit on Sunday.
A&T had numerous riders who did not make themselves available for a variety of reasons as they went down to their biggest home defeat yet.
Luke Jamson put up a brave fight for the home side but Hull took revenge for their opening day home defeat at the hands of A&T by scoring maximum points in every race.
A&T's youngsters produced a spirited show in the combination match before losing to an older and more experienced Hull side7 1-49.
