Dog dirt blots my walking

I MOVED to Hindley Green 26 years ago and trying to walk with my baby son’s buggy was a nightmare due to dirty dogs. I was out on Thursday pushing my granddaughter in her new buggy.
What a mess all along Green Lane/Swan Lane, great big piles of the stuff trodden in all over the path...what a horrible walk it was.
I have in the past called Wigan Council to get it cleaned up. It really is disgusting and dog owners who allow this to happen should be ashamed of themselves.
