WITH regard to the Lowton resident who suggested that I stop moaning and telephone the police 101 number.
We have already done this and it was successful in having a lorry removed as the owner lived in the Bolton area, but if the owners of the cars or vans reside within the area, the police can only politely request that they remove their vehicles.
If the owners refuse, the police can do no more.
Have you any further suggestions that I might try?
