WITH regards to the bus route, the situation is deteriorating daily and as winter approaches I fear we will see more problems arising.

Emergency service vehicles cannot negotiate the local network so what will they do when a major RTA occurs?

Tonight I have spent 45 mins travelling 1.5 miles through the car park otherwise known as Tyldesley.

The closure of Hough Lane has caused tremendous local problems, but I am aware that problems are affecting the whole of the Leigh area and beyond.

The East Lancs Road must be an absolute nightmare for anybody travelling along it.

How anybody could think that removing a lane from the A580 would help the traffic problems is beyond me.

I would like to know who is going to reimburse me for the damage being done to my car by speed bumps with potholes on their corners, raised crossings with barely legible warning signs, hours spent in first or second gear, never mind the ill effects all this is having on my own health.
