SO, I am a fraud according to the Tory, so-called ‘Lord Fraud’. I and all the other disabled people in the land are not a full shilling, accordingly we are only worth tuppence.

The minimum wage is set at £6.50 per hour. Freud says we are only worth £2 if that? The £6.50 is statutory, set in law, and is recognised as such by all good, honest employers.

Like me, David Blunkett is blind. He was a first class government minister; does that mean because he is disabled, he should have been paid £2 an hour? The un-elected Freud, like all the 900+ of them in the Lords just sign in and receive £300 a day tax free. They can walk out when they want, no set time, plus on top of this can claim first class travelling expenses, hotel accommodation and have heavily subsidised meals and cocktail bars.

Has Freud told Baroness Tanny Grey-Thompson that she should forgo the £300 a day etc, and claim £2 instead? Tanny, as we all know, is in a wheelchair and is a record holder for gold medals in the Olympic Games, a great woman.

There are too many distinguished disabled people to mention, but on that list will be Lous Braille, Winston Churchill, Helen Keller, King George VI, the list is endless.

All of them are distinguished people in their own right. We have many within our local community. I am also disabled and worth £2 an hour I suppose!
