WITH reference to the March 17 edition of the Journal, could I respectfully point out that phase one of the 162 houses North Leigh Park build programme off Nel Pan Lane has not been given the full go ahead.
It is still at the proposal stage and the planning department is still interested to hear from any residents/groups who have any concerns/comments to be considered.
These have to be submitted within 21 days from the notification that was dated March 10, so please ensure you voice your opinions accordingly.
These can be submitted either by e-mail to planningrepresentations@wigan.gov.uk or in writing to Director Economy and Skills Places Directorate, Wigan Council, PO Box 100, Wigan, WN1 3DS.
