SURELY the limit has been reached of residents sporting fancy lawns and paved driveways, many boarded off with ample room for parking their vehicles, but choosing instead to use their avenues, roads and streets as the places to park.

This applies to both private and work vehicles.

Councils should make it mandatory that residents can’t do this and employ wardens to ensure that they don’t.

Works vehicles are the sole responsibly of the company to provide provision of, not residential avenues, roads or streets.

People should cut their cloth according to their means.
