Anti-social behaviour has risen in recent times
HAVING lived in Leigh West all my life, I have seen anti-social behaviour increase.
However this is something endemic in society generally rather than being due to a person geographic background.
I have experienced anti-social behaviour myself and have had my property damaged, but such actions are not exclusive to those of an eastern European background.
Take off your Union Jack tinted glasses and see what the real issues that cause this are.
