Graffiti on a wall
SADLY I too live in Leigh West and it is true the area has been turned into a nightmare following a mass influx of people renting houses paid for by taxpayers.
There are walls covered in graffiti, rubbish strewn everywhere and streets being used as a toilet.
There have been lots of complaints, yet there has been no response from Wigan Council.
The wall of silence speaks volumes.
