I HAD to return the batteries of my wife’s mobility scooter to LLG Wheelchairs Ltd in Leigh on Friday.

The problem was the battery box had come away from the screws holding it together.

I explained the problem and said I needed the scooter repairing as we were going on holiday on December 1 and needed to take it with us.

They said it would take a few days to order replacements but could not promise they would be here in time.

However the boss of LLG said he would replace the set with a new set from a scooter he had for sale.

This was customer service to beat all customer service and I would like to thank everyone at LLG for their help and understanding.
