THIS picture of a crescent moon over St George’s Church in Tyldesley in a beautiful pink morning sky was taken by amateur photographer Jonathan Coombes on his way to work.
The 45-year-old, who is from Leigh but now lives in Atherton, said: “I shoot mostly nature and wildlife photographs of our area.
“There is beauty to be seen all around us.
“We just need to take the time to stop and appreciate it.”
