WITH the NHS being what it is, we can expect parking fees to use the car park of the new hospital on Atherleigh Way in Leigh, which is due to open shortly.

With human nature being what it is, I expect visitors to the hospital to park on the supermarket car parks across the road and save themselves some money.

I cringe when I think what motorists will face when trying to do some shopping.
