I AM a frustrated resident due to the time it has taken for work to be done on the windows in my council house.

They drip from top to bottom and cause me major problems every winter.

They were replaced two years ago but the new ones are worse and ice up inside and outside when it gets cold.

A survey has been done recently to assess the windows but I am not confident a satisfactory solution will be found after past experiences with Wigan Council.

I have contacted my local councillor and MP about it but have got nowhere and it feels like I am being ignored.

There have been checks done on the outside of the house to install new gates as mine are rotten, but surely the priority should be the inside of my property.
