Bins left in the middle of the pavement on Grasmere Street, Leigh
I AM getting tired of Wigan Council’s binmen dumping bins in the middle of a pavement in Grasmere Street in Leigh.
They have been doing this every week for about a year, meaning I have to push my five-month-old baby’s pram onto the road to get past the bins.
It is not my job to move the bins so I am not going to touch them.
This also happens near the old rugby ground at the back of Glebe Street.
