An ambulance on an emergency call was held up by 'double parked cars'
AS we live across the road from the Wigan Road Surgery we always get cars parking outside our house, in front of the gates and double parked across from each other.
Last week I witnessed an ambulance with blue flashing lights trying to get down the street.
It was unable to due to double parked cars from the doctors not using the car park provided.
It is getting ridiculous now and I am in contact with Wigan Council hoping to get this resolved.
Minutes cost lives.
