WRITING on behalf of Atherton charity Good Deeds Trust, we would like to express our sincere appreciation for the fantastic support we received from the community at our annual cake bake event.
We want to thank all the people who entered a cake or bought them at the Central Methodist Church in Atherton on Saturday.
We had four winners in the adult category and four in the children’s section.
The overall winner was Talbot McCann with a unicorn cake.
We had fantastic judges, who had a very difficult job to do as all the cakes were lovely.
We also had generous donations from a local business and residents.
Special thanks go to the many local people who helped out from the church – their support is incredible and made a big difference to the day.
