PLEASE keep your dogs on a lead at Lilford Park in Leigh.

My little girl and I were frightened by a brown labrador a few weeks ago, who bounded towards us barking, not on a lead.

On the same day a man was knocked off his bike opposite the park, by a dog not on a lead.

This was witnessed by others.

Last week we were sat next to the park having a picnic when a black labrador came at us and a white pomeranian jumped up on us.

Neither were on a lead.

Please keep dogs on a lead away from the park and entrance.
