A traffic light
I DO not understand why the filter traffic light at the bottom of Leigh bridge is situated where it is.
In my opinion it is a complete waste of time.
The filter light should be directly opposite where it currently is so you can see it change, instead of it being behind you when you are in the middle of the road.
Well done to the highway department for wasting money.
