Park with three corners

I READ with interest the news that the railway arches in Leigh town centre are being flattened to create a new, surfaced car park.

Some years ago I remember a competition being held to name a new development on this same site. It was won by someone who named it the Tricorn development (because it was on three corners).

So now we know that the intervening years have been spent planning a car park - presumably three cornered?
