Family thank taxi man

ON Thursday, November 3, around 9.15pm my 14 year old son was attacked by two Asian youths in Leigh Road, Leigh. Luckily he was not seriously injured. I would like to thank the taxi driver who stopped to help my son. The driver said he lived and worked in Tyldesley and was named Paul, but that's all we know. Without his actions that night my son's injuries could have been a lot worse. Thank you Paul, your help that night was greatly appreciated and our faith in human kindness has been restored.
