IAN HILTON BEM It is with great sadness that the family of Ian Hilton BEM announces his passing on 16th November 2019 at the age of 74. Ian passed away peacefully at his home in Leigh and will be lovingly remembered by his daughter Samantha (Geoff) and two grandsons, Jack and Lewis. Ian was preceded in death by his son Darren and wife Frances whom he married in Hong Kong in 1968. An honourable funeral service will be held at Howe Bridge chapel on Tuesday 3rd December 2019 at 1pm followed by the committal at Leigh cemetery at 2pm. Everyone is welcome to return to the Leigh cricket club for the sharing of memories and light refreshments. Donations can be made in Ian's memory to the Fusilier Aid Society .
