In loving memory of a wonderful Mum on Mother's Day ELLEN PRITCHARD BROWN When I was young and growing up, I didn't realise how patient you were with me then, how caring and wise, I simply took for granted all your special, thoughtful ways And everything you did for me to brighten up the days. But looking back over the years, it's very plain to see, That I'd be nowhere now without your love and loyalty. So I just want to let you know, now that Mothers Day is here, That you mean even more to me with each passing year. For when it comes to parents, you're as special as they come, And as for loving you to bits I always will do my dear Mum. And now the world has seemed so sad, so joyless and empty, since we said goodbye, I only hope you know how much I love you Mum, now with the Angels, I hope you fly.
