RICHARD KENDALL Mrs Joan Kendall and family of the Late MR RICHARD KENDALL would like to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for kind thoughts, cards of condolence, floral tributes and donations in aid of the North West Air Ambulance received following their recent sad loss.
