JOHN SMITH The family of the late John Smith wish to express their sincere thanks to all the relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind thoughts, cards of condolence and donations in aid of Wigan and Leigh Hospice and Marie Curie Foundation. Special thanks to Reverend Judith Cooper for her comforting service, Dr. J. M. Weems, and all the staff at Brookmill Medical Centre for their ongoing support. Katie Longmate Specialist Nurse at Wigan and Leigh Hospice and Hospice in Your Home, Wigan & Leigh District Nurses & Marie Curie nurses for all their care, support and finally Excel Care for the care and love given to John. To Lynne and Georgina at R Banks Funeral Services for their dignified funeral arrangements and finally to Leigh Cricket Club for the excellent service they provided.
