JOSEPH WINSTON SARSFIELD "WYNN" Kathleen and family would like to thank relatives friends and neighbours for their heartfelt expressions of sympathy, cards, Mass cards, flowers and donations to Dementia UK. The family would also like to thank the many organisations involved in Wynn's care, special thanks to Karen Gibbins and the Llams team, Debbie at Social Services, Jackie and staff at Unsworths Funeralcare and Father Kieran for his kind words and service. Wynn was dearly loved by all his family and will be sadly missed by everyone. God bless you all
