Marlfield Rd Segregated Footpath to Harwood Gdns. Grappenhall (Footpath Closure) Temporary Order 2019

The effect of which will be to introduce a footpath closure along the Marlfield Rd Segregated Footpath to Harwood Gdns. The Order will be effective from 19th August 2019 for 2 weeks, when signed on site. The alternative mute will be via York Rd, York Dr, Hallcroft PI & vice versa. The closure Is required to allow Cadent Gas to carry out essential gas mains replacement work Ref: High/2035



Whittle Ave (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2019

The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving on Whittle Ave from Its jet. with Llngley Green Ave to its jet. with Burtonwood Rd. The Order will be effective on 18th August 2019 & 1 st September 2019, when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Whittle Ave, Sankey Way, Cromwell Ave, Westbrook Way & vice versa. The closure Is required to allow for British Telecom to carry out mains renewal works. Ref: High/2036 Notice is hereby given that the Council made Orders under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Bradshaw Ln & Adjacent St Grappenhall (Prohibition of Driving & Clearway) Temporary Order 2019

The effect of which Is to Introduce a prohibition of driving & clearway as follows: Bradshaw Ln - From Knutsford Rd to Thelwall New Rd; Coronation Ave - From Its jet. with Bradshaw Ln for 50m; Springfield Ave - From its jet. with Bradshaw Ln for 50m; Ollerton CI - From Its jet. with Bradshaw Ln for 50m. The Order will be effective from 26th August 2019 for 5 weeks between 7pm & 1am, when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Knutsford Rd, Knutsford Old Rd, Thelwall New Rd & vice versa or via Knutsford Rd, Stockport Rd, Stanton Rd, Thelwall New Rd & vice versa. The restrictions are required for carriageway surfacing. Ref: High/1990



Bridge St & Rylands St (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2019

The effect of which Is to introduce a prohibition of driving as follows: Bridge St - From its jet. with Rylands St to Its jet. with Academy Way; Rylands St - From its jet. with Barbauld St to its jet. with Bridge St. The Order will be effective from 5th August 2019 for 8 weeks, when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Barbauld St. The closure is required to allow tor carriageway reconstruction works. Ref: High/2019



Froghall Ln (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2019

The effect of which is to Introduce a prohibition of driving on Froghall Ln from Its jet. with Midland Way to Its jet. with Arthur St. The Order will be effective from 26th August 2019 for 4 nights between 10pm & 6am, when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Bewsey Rd, Lovely Ln, Priestley St & vice versa or via Midland Way, Lvthgoes Ln, Pinners Brow, Winwlck St, Tanners Ln & vice versa. The closure Is required to allow Network Rail to carry out structural repairs to the bridge abutments. Ref: High/2020



Greystone Rd & Adj Streets. Penketh (Prohibition of Driving & Clearway) Temporary Order 2019

The effect of which Is to Introduce a prohibition of driving & clearway as follows: Greystone Rd - From Its jet. with Meeting Ln to Its jet. with Warrington Rd; Daisy Bank Rd - From its jet. with Greystone Rd for 50m; Avon Ave - From Its jet. with Greystone Rd for 50m; Cherry Tree Ave -From Its jet. with Greystone Rd for 50m; Honiton Way - From Its jet. with Greystone Rd 50m. The Order will be effective from 5th August 2019 for 5 weeks between 9.30am & 3.30pm, when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Warrington Rd, Famworth Rd, Stocks Ln, Meeting Ln & vice versa, or Warrington Rd, Coronation Dr, Heath Rd, Meeting Ln & vice versa. The restrictions are required for carriageway surfacing. Ref: High/1988

Hobb Ln, Appleton (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2019

The effect of which is to Introduce a prohibition of driving on Hobb Ln from Its jet. with Runcorn Rd to Its jet. with Chester Rd. The Order will be effective from 1st August 2019 for 1 day, when signed on site. The alternative routes are via Runcorn Rd, Chester Rod & vice versa Daresbury Expressway, Chester Rd & vice versa. The closure is required to allow Scottish Power to carry out overhead line & pole replacement works. Ref: High/2029



Various Rds in Croft. Lvmm & Lower Stretton (Prohibition of Driving, Clearway & 20 Mph Speed Limit) Temporary Order 2019

The effect of which is to Introduce a prohibition of driving, clearway & 20 mph speed limit restriction as follows: Cross Ln - From Its jet. with New Ln to its jet. with Warrington Rd; Lady Ln - From Its jet. with Cross Ln for 50m; Warrington Ln - From Burford Ln to the Borough Boundary; Northwich Rd - From change of speed limit approx. 400m north west of Stockley Ln to the Borough Boundary; Well Ln - From Northwich Rd to Mosshall Ln. The Order will be effective from 19th August 2019 tor 4 weeks between 9.30am & 3.30pm & for Northwich Rd between 7pm & 1am, when signed on site. However It Is envisaged the works will only take between 1 & 4 days at each location. The alternative routes will be: Cross Ln via New Ln, Smithy Ln, Lord St, Mustard Ln, Wlgshaw Ln, Glaziers Ln, Warrington Rd & vice versa; Warrington Ln via Burford Ln, Higher Ln, Lymm Rd & vice versa; Northwich Rd via Tarporley Rd, Ash House Ln, Cogshall Ln, Warrington Rd, The Avenue, Glbb Hill, Northwich Rd & vice versa. The restrictions are required for Highway patching & surface dressing. Ref: High/1989



Access will be under the control of the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works.

The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation (Amendment No. 15) Order 2019 Notice is hereby given that the Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1,2,4 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & of all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order will be as follows:-

1. The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation Order 2018, Is hereby further varied or amended as follows:-

Additional Articles/Schedule

(a) By the addition of a new article under Part 3 - Waiting Restrictions -Prohibition of Waiting & the following entry thereunder:-7(a). Save as provided In Article 35a to this Order, no person, except with the direction or with the permission of a person authorised by the Council, Police Constable in uniform or Police Community Support Officer In uniform shall cause or permit any Goods Vehicles exceeding 3.5 Tonnes to wait at an any time, In the roads specified In Column 1 of Schedule 5a to this Order to the extent specified In Column 2 of the said Schedule.

(b) By the addition of a new article under Part 8 - Exemptions of the Order & the following entry thereunder:-



35a. Nothing in Article 7a to this Order shall render it unlawful to cause or permit any Motor Vehicle to wait on the roads or sides of roads referred to therein for so long as may be necessary to enable:-(a) the Motor Vehicle, if it cannot conveniently be used for such purpose in any other road, to be used in conjunction with any of the following operations:

(i) the removal of any obstruction to traffic;



(ii) the maintenance, improvement or reconstruction of the said roads or side roads;



(b) the Motor Vehicle to be used for Fire Brigade, Ambulance or Police purposes.

(c) By the addition of a new Schedule & the following entry thereunder: Schedule 5a - No Waiting at Any Time for Goods Vehicles Exceeding 3.5 Tonnes: Sophia Dr (East Side) - From a point 37m north of its jet. with Lingley Green Ave for a distance of 53m in a northerly direction; Sophia Dr (East Side) - From a point 176m north of its jet. with Lingley Green Ave for a distance of 23m in a northerly direction; Sophia Dr (East Side) - From a point 274m north of its jet. with Lingley Green Ave for a distance of 126m in a northerly direction; Sophia Dr (West Side) - From a point 102m north of its jet. with Lingley Green Ave for a distance of 57m in a northerly direction; Sophia Dr (West Side) - From a point 272m north of its jet. with Lingley Green Ave for a distance of 43.56m in a northerly direction; Sophia Dr (West Side) - From a point 332.56m north of its jet. with Lingley Green Ave for a distance of 53m in a northerly direction. The effect of the Order will be as follows: -

1. The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation Order 2018, is hereby further varied or amended as follows:-

(a) In the 3rd Schedule by the deletion of No Waiting at Any Time: Winmarleigh St (East Side) - From its jet. with Museum St for a distance of 8.5m in a northerly direction; Winmarleigh St (East Side) - From its jet. with Museum St for a distance of 24m, in a northerly direction; Winmarleigh St (East Side) - From its jet. with Palmyra Sq Sth for a distance of 13.3m in a southerly direction.



(b) In the 11 th Schedule by the deletion of No Waiting between the hours of 8.00am to 6.30pm, Monday to Saturday: Winmarleigh St (East Side) - Between a point 13.3m south of its jet. with Palmyra Sq Sth & a point 8.5m north of its jet. with Museum St.



(c) In the 71st Schedule by the deletion of No Loading & Unloading at Any Time: Winmarleigh St (East Side) - From its jet. with Palmyra Sq Sth for a distance of 13.3m in a southerly direction; Winmarleigh St (East Side) - From its jet. with Museum St tor a distance of 8.5m in a northerly direction.



(d) In the 3rd Schedule by the addition of No Waiting at Any Time: Winmarleigh St (East Side) - From its jet. with Museum St for a distance of 28m in a northerly direction; Winmarleigh St (East Side) - From its jet. with Palmyra Sq Sth tor a distance of 13m in a southerly direction.

Deletion & Addition of Definitions/Articles/Schedules

(f) By the deletion from Article 2 of the definitions tor "Commercial Vehicle" & "Commercial Vehicle Parking Places".



(g) The "Commercial Vehicles Parking Places" section under Part 5 which includes Articles 23 & 24 & Schedules 90 & 91 are deleted in their entirety & replaced by a new section "Permit Holder Parking Places" with the following entry thereunder: -



Permit Holder Parking Places

23. The lengths of roads and sides of roads specified in Schedule 90 to this Order are designated as Permit Holder (Identifier 'P') Only Parking Places, where save as provided in Article 35 to this Order, no person, except with the direction or with the permission of a person authorised by the Council, Police Constable in uniform or Police Community Support officer in uniform shall cause or permit any Motor Vehicle to wait at any time in the said lengths of road specified in the said Schedule unless a valid Permit with Identifier 'P' marked Dn it as issued by the Parr Hall is displayed in the Relevant Position.

(h) Article 35 is deleted in its entirety & replaced by a new Article 35 with the following entry thereunder:-



35. Nothing in Article 23 to this Order shall render it unlawful to cause or permit any Motor Vehicle to wait on the roads or sides of roads referred to therein for so long as may be necessary to enable:-

All that part of the northern kerb line of Palmyra Sg Sth which is bounded on the north side by so much of the highway as extends between a point 83m west & a point 98m west of its jet. with Bold St - In marked bay - At all times;

All that part of the eastern kerb line of Winmarlsigh St which is bounded on the east side by so much of the highway as extends between a point 13m south of its jet. with Palmyra Sq Sth & a point 28m north of its jet. with Museum St - In marked bay - At all times. Ref: Net/1537



Deposited documents for the permanent restrictions above may be examined at the Legal Services Section, Quattro Building, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington during the usual office hours Monday to Friday.

All representations both in support or objecting to all of the proposals must be in writing either by post to Rebecca Lee of the Legal Services Section or delivered by hand to the address above by 15th August 2019 & all objections must specify the grounds on which they are made. Please note that all representations received may be considered in public by the Council & that the substance of any representation together with the name & address of the person making it could become available for public inspection.
