ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 Notice is hereby given that, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, the Council intends to make Orders under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Various Roads In Appleton (Prohibition of Driving and Clearway) Temporary Order 2019
The effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of driving and clearway on the entire lengths of rds: Kingsley Drive; Warren Drive; Cliffe Rd; Cambridge Gardens; Park Crescent; Highfield Ave; Chapel Ln; Guernsey Close; Wood Ln; Melrose Ave; Farm Ln; Fairways; Cedarways; Pineways; Milford Gardens. Dudlow Green Rd - fram
its jet with London Rd to its jet with Limeways; London Rd - Access road from numbers 421 to 475. The Order will be effective from 2nd September 2019 for 8 weeks between 8:30am to 5:30pm, when signed on site. The alternative routes will be: Kingsley Drive via Red Ln, Warren Rd, Cliffe Rd, Delphfields Rd, London Rd, Warren Drive and vice versa; Warren Rd via Cliffe Rd, Delphfields Rd, Highwood Rd, Red Ln and vice versa; Cliffe Rd via Delphfields Rd, Highwood Rd, Red Ln, Warren Rd and vice versa; Dudlow Green Rd via London Rd, Lyons Ln, Broom Ave, Longwood Rd and Petersham Drive or via Petersham Drive, Longwood Rd, London Rd and vice versa; Chapel Ln via Pepper St, Stretton Rd, Arley Rd and vice versa; Wood Ln via Bridge Ln, Dale Ln and vice versa; Melrose Ave via Waterside, Greenfields Ave, Waverley Ave and vice versa; Fairways via London Rd, Dudlow Green Rd, Beechways and vice versa; Pineways via Beechways, Dudlow Green Rd and vice versa. Birchdale Road. Stockton Heath (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2019
The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving on Birchdale Rd from its jet with London Rd to its jet with Birchdale Crescent. The Order will be effective from 4th September 2019 for 1 day, when signed on site. The alternative routes will be via London Rd, Quarry Ln, Windmill Ln, Red Ln and vice versa and London Rd, Walton Rd, Whitefield Rd, Red Ln and vice versa. The closure is required to allow British Telecom to carry out works on their overhead apparatus. Ref: High/2034
Knutsford Road, Latchford (Prohibition of Driving and Clearway) Temporary Order 2019
The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving and clearway on Knutsford Rdfrom its jet with Wilderspool Causeway/Warrington New Bridge to its jet with Park Ave in a south easterly direction only. The Order will be effective from 9th September 2019 for 10 weeks between 7pm and 1am, when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Warrington Bridge Mersey St, Church St, Farrell St, Kingsway North, Kingsway South and Knutsford Rd. The road will be open in a north westerly direction/inbound. The restrictions are required for carriageway surfacing. Ref: High/1992
Access will be under the control of the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works.
The Borough Of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation (Amendment No. 22) Order 2019
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council made an Order under Sections 1,2,4 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers on 14th August 2019. The effect of the Order is as follows: -f. The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation
Order 2018, is hereby further varied or amended as follows:-
(a) In the 3rd Schedule by the addition of:-
No Waiting At Any Time
Crab Lane From its junction with Birchwood Way to its junction with Locking (Both Sides) Stumps Lane.
The Order will be effective from 15th August 2019. Deposited documents may be examined at the Legal Services Section, Quattro Building, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington during the usual office hours Monday to Friday. Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from 14th August 2019, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
